Information about cookies

Some cookies and storage are strictly necessary for the website and secure login to the NordLeads customer portal to work, including session and authentication.

In logged-in areas, NordLeads may set technical identifiers in your browser to maintain a secure session and access control.

On the public marketing part of the site, NordLeads uses optional analytics to understand usage and improve content. Such analytics only starts after you give consent via the banner or cookie settings (stored as a choice in your browser, for example in localStorage).

If you accept, NordLeads may collect pseudonymised visit statistics through our own APIs and tools that are part of our hosting environment, to measure traffic in a privacy-conscious way.

You may change or withdraw consent at any time by opening cookie settings (cookie icon in the footer) and choosing to decline analytics.

To keep the NordLeads service stable, improve features, and detect technical faults, we may use diagnostics and usage measurements that can set technical identifiers in your browser. Processing is under NordLeads’ control and subject to data processing agreements where required by law; data may in some cases be processed outside the EU/EEA with a valid transfer basis (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).

When you use the NordLeads chat widget, messages and technical metadata may be stored to deliver the conversation and any follow-up, as described in the privacy policy.

Links to external websites (for example online booking) may take you to another controller or embedded content. That service’s own cookie rules then apply; NordLeads does not control those.

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies and localStorage may remain until you delete them manually, until the relevant retention period ends, or until you withdraw consent where applicable.

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies in settings. Note that blocking all cookies may cause some site features to stop working as intended.

We may update this information when our practices change or we add new tools. We will try to communicate material updates clearly (for example on the website or by email where appropriate).
